A Title Sequence:
From learning about title sequences, I have an understanding that they are used as a method of which films or TV programmes present their title, production and cast members.
Tile sequences are used for:
- engaging the viewer
- promote film companies and productions
- give the audience an understanding of what's to come in the film
- setting a particular tone and mood of the film
According to Kyle cooper, director of title sequences of Deadzone and Seven, he thinks giving a handwritten film title gives a strong impression of the tone of the film. He also states that title sequences are vital and important for film making as it helps give information that the film could have possibly missed out and advances the plot of the film
