Teen Drama Title sequences - research into insitutions

RESEARCH INTO TEEN DRAMA TITLE SEQUENCE INSTITUTIONS.

Mainstream teen drama High School Musical is one of the most popular and recognised teen drama of the century, It is also the most successful film that Disney channel has ever produced, pulling in 7.7 million viewers in its premiere in 2006 in the US, In the UK, it received 789,000 viewers for its premiere (and 1.2 million viewers overall during the first week), making it the second most watched program for the Disney Channel (UK) of 2006.with extremely positive reviews which lead to a 2 other sequel movies being made afterwards. High school Musical had a healthy budget from major institution, Disney of $4.2 million, which made it possible to create a lengthy eye catching title sequence of the film introducing us into the movie and introduce us to the characters.

My Brother the devil is a teen / youth British film, which despite being an independent film has gained a lot of positive reviews from the public and many awards such as best European film 2012.
Compared to high school musical, 'My Brother The Devil' only had a £650,000 budget, as we can see through the title sequence itself which is relatively shorter with only the use of text over still image, however this movie proves that you do not need an extremely advanced title sequence to be a successful movie, however if they had a bigger institution backing them, such as Disney, the movie would had gotten a lot more international recognition such as high school musical did.
