We edited the sound for the opening sequence to High School film 10 Things I Hate About You using the GarageBand video and sound editing application:

The process included lots of layering. In total, we included about 7 to 8 different sound tracks throughout the title sequence, including a mans voice, choir, bass, guitar and drums. The most difficult thing about putting in all the sounds was how it fit with the shots in the background to make it seem seamless, as they do in the original movie. Another was the fade-in fade-out function; sometimes it would work nicely, other times didn't seem effective enough. Though unfinished, we think the edit was a success, as we put in a soundbridge by keeping a particular sound, which made every other sound fit with the atmosphere we had already created for the movie.
