Production Diary no. 3

Today we shot Atiyah's character's bed scene, where she falls off the bed comically

We had a lot of issues with the lighting, such as how, realistically, it would suit the time of day the scene is meant to be shot (morning), and getting the right angle to film, however after a lot of thinking, we ended up switching camera-man roles, using the lamp instead of the ceiling light, to make it look more like an early morning scene, and only filmed using the tripod, so the shot would appear more proffessional - at the angle we can see in the image above.  

We used several props in this scene to make the room appear more girly. These included:

Large teddy bear

Medium-sized desk teddy bear

Alarm clock

Make-up [Lipstick, eyeliner, eye-shimmer, nail vanishes]

Perfume bottle

Oyster and college ID cards 

iPhone

Gold watch

flowery hair band

 White Earphones

We had to motive to film about 2 shots, but altogether shot around 3-4, as we imagined the scene - along with the rest of the title sequence would look too short, nonetheless we are really happy with what he have done so far.
